The story behind
The story behind
On a December weekend, the family drives to a farm to choose a Christmas tree. A freshly cut pine is tied to the roof, the back seat is full of gifts, and the little car drives slowly home along the snowy road.
She paints that drive home into ten nails, stroke by stroke — every little car loaded with Christmas.
- Tree car nail ← the little car with a pine on its roof
- Gift car nail ← the back seat full of gifts
- Snowy pine nail ← the snowy pines at the farm
- Candy cane nail ← the candy cane by the car window
