The story behind

An afternoon in Kyoto. The paper door of the tea room stands half open, and a bamboo whisk brushes fine foam into the bowl. Outside, the tea bushes have just put out new leaves, and a single white camellia blooms quietly on the branch.

She lifts the warm bowl of matcha, and the green slowly warms her fingertips. Back home, she paints that quiet afternoon into ten nails, stroke by stroke — a faint scent of tea, left on your fingertips.
