Can I mix and match the nail designs?
No. Each design is a complete storybook set of ten nails and cannot be mixed and matched.
How do I choose my size?
Place tape across the widest part of each nail's curve, mark both edges, then flatten the tape and measure it in mm. This is your inner curve size. Compare it with the size chart for your chosen shape in our size guide to choose XS / S / M / L. Please choose your size by inner curve; tip length is for style reference only.
Which nail shapes are available?
Eight shapes: A Extra Short Coffin, B Short Square Round, C Short Oval, D Medium Square, E Short Coffin, F Medium Oval, G Medium Almond, H Long Stiletto Round. See the size guide for the length and size chart of each shape.
How long until I receive my order?
Every nail is hand-painted. Painting takes about 7–10 working days, after which your order is shipped to you.
Where do you ship, and how much is shipping?
We ship worldwide. Free SF Express shipping in Hong Kong on any 3 sets, free worldwide shipping on any 5 sets, and pickup by appointment in Macau. Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on your destination.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay. Customers in Hong Kong and Macau can also pay with FPS or MPay.
Can I order through Instagram?
Yes. You can order directly on our website, or send us a DM on Instagram and Nabi will place your order for you.
Will the nails look exactly like the photos?
The nails are entirely hand-painted and photographed as real products; please refer to the actual photos for the final design. Because every nail is painted by hand, brushstrokes vary slightly — these are the marks of hand-painting. Storybook scenes are composed with AI assistance.

Can I return or exchange?
Every set is hand-painted after we receive your order, in the shape and size you choose, so we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please read our size guide before ordering, and feel free to DM us on Instagram with any questions.
