Every set is a piece painted just for you
Each Nabi set is hand-painted only after you place your order, stroke by stroke, in the nail shape and size you choose. It is not an item from a shelf, but a small work of art made for you alone.
For this reason, once painting has begun, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
Before you order
- Please read our size guide and measure the inner curve of each nail before choosing your size.
- If you have any questions about sizing or shapes, send us a DM on Instagram — we would love to help you choose.
The traces of the hand
Every nail is painted by hand, so brushstrokes, gradients and details may differ slightly from the photos or from other sets of the same design. These small variations are not flaws, but the warmth that only hand-painting can give.
If your piece is hurt on its journey
If your nails arrive damaged, or differ from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via Instagram DM or at mercilc48@gmail.com, with your order number and photos of the parcel. Once confirmed, we will repaint your set or arrange another suitable solution.
Thank you for waiting for a piece that is painted slowly.
