On a winter night before Christmas, she climbs a hill with friends. The city lights lie below, the whole sky full of stars above. A shooting star passes, and everyone quietly makes a wish.
She remembers where every star was that night and paints them into ten nails, stroke by stroke — the wish hidden in the constellations on her fingertips.
